Who can live in the home?

We welcome seniors, veterans, and individuals rebuilding after difficult life transitions who are ready for a safe, structured, and respectful living environment.

Are utilities included?

Yes. utilities such as electricity, water, heating/cooling, Wi-Fi, and basic household services are included.

What is the difference between a private suite and a shared suite?
  • Private Suite: your own furnished bedroom and personal space.

  • Shared Suite: a shared bedroom or suite layout with separate storage and shared amenities.
    Both include access to common areas, kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and support.

Are there house rules?

Yes. House expectations help keep everyone safe and comfortable. Rules include respect for others, cleanliness, quiet hours, and no violence, substance use, or disruptive behavior.

How do I apply or get referred?
